We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return Eligibility:
- The returns process must be initiated on our returns portal within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in brand new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- The shoe bag is included and not damaged.
- To ensure the items remain in new condition, please try on footwear on a CLEAN carpeted surface.
- We require images of the your return, especially the soles of the shoes, to confirm their condition before processing your return.
- Thongs, Panties and Fishnets are NOT returnable or exchangeable. Please be sure to select the correct size and shade.
- Special custom shoes are NOT returnable, find our more about special custom shoes are here.
FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS, EXCEPT CANADA, in order to ensure the most efficient, hassle free way to facilitate your request please DO NOT ship anything without emailing us at info@burjushoes.com. Please provide your order number / order email, and let us know what you will be returning or exchanging. Once we hear from you, we will let you know what to do next.
FOR U.S. and CANADIAN CUSTOMERS, we have these return options:
- Refund: Receive a refund to your original payment method. Note: The shipping fee and route insurance (if availed) are not refundable. A return shipping will be charged.
- Store Credit: Swap your item for a different size or style. You'll receive a Store Gift Certificate of the value of the item returned, that you can use immediately or at your convenience. The shipping fee will not be included in the Store Credit and the return shipping will not be charged.
- Exchange: After the return has been dropped and scanned, a new order will be created based on the item you shopped while submitting your return. If the item is available, it will be shipped in 3-5 days. If the item is out of stock, it will be backordered. Delivery usually takes 15 business days, barring customs delay.

- You'll receive an email within 24-48 business hours once it's approved. Print the provided return shipping label.
- Pack your item/s securely in its original packaging, and attach the shipping label to the package.
- Drop off the package at the nearest shipping facility.
Additional Information:
- Credit will be provided once your package is tracked at the post office.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
- Please do NOT use your own shipping label. We will not refund the return shipping and we'll still charge it for refunds whether you use your own label or not.
