First off we are so sorry that this has happened! We have 100% product guarantee on all of our products, and we will get you a new pair free of charge!

First, we need some information emailed to us at order@burjushoes.com:

1. A photo of the damaged item.

2. First and Last name on your order.

3. Specific product description.

-If shoe style heel height size and color

-Any other product, color and size.

4. A shipping address to send the new pair.

Also please note if this is an out of stock item it will take 6-8 for it to come back into stock!
