How to Check the Status of Your Return Request

To Check the Status of your Return, please follow these steps:

• Visit Frate Returns, link here: https://burjushoes.fratereturns.com/return-status 

• Fill out the form by providing your Order Number and Zip Code (Make sure you have the correct details, as they were stated on your order confirmation.)

• Click Track Return

• On the next page, you’ll see the status of your Return.

1. 1. No Status: Kindly re-upload your photos.

   2. LABEL SENT - If the Label has been sent, you can view and print it.

   3. SHIPPED - We’re waiting for your package, we’ll process your request as soon as delivery has been confirmed.

   4. COMPLETED: Store Credit(Exchange) and Refund will both show refund. With Store Credit, you’ll receive a Gift Code for your next order. With Refund, you’ll receive the money to the account we have on file.

   5. CANCELLED: Your request was declined.
