How do I apply a promotional/discount/gift code to my order?

Why is my discount code not working?
- Check the code for typographical errors.
- Make sure you are logged in to your account.
- Follow the rules of the discount.
- Discount codes cannot be stacked, only one discount code can be applied to an order.
- Most discounts cannot be used on discounted/sale/clearance items, apparel and costumes.
- No discount can be used on costumes unless instructed.
Why is my payment not going through?
- The item you ordered may no longer be available.
- Check your account's outstanding balance/credit available, contact your bank.
- The billing address on your order must be the same as that on your account.
- There may be restrictions in your account's online shopping settings, contact your bank.
