How will I know if my order is confirmed?
- You will receive an order confirmation via email once we receive your order.
Can I make changes or cancel my online order?
- Yes you can. We ship out fast but you can change or cancel your order if you still haven't received a shipping confirmation. For custom orders, we can cancel the order as long as we haven't started producing them.
- Simply log in to your BURJU account at burjushoes.com and click on the order where you would like to modify or cancel.
When is my order shipped?
- In stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of order.
- Custom and back ordered items will be shipped within 3 to 5 weeks from the date of your purchase. For competition shoes, production would take 6-8 weeks.
Where do you ship from?
- Our headquarters is in Methuen, MA. All our products are shipped from our headquarters.
How can I track the status of my order?
- About the current status of your order, you may log into your account at burjushoes.com to check your order status.
- You can email us anytime, we usually respond within 24 business hours.
- You can chat with us or leave us a message via our website.
- Once shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information
What if I place an order that is not in stock?
- Items that are NOT in stock and are back-ordered may take up to 3-5 weeks to produce. For competition shoes, production would take 6-8 weeks.
Can I ship an order to a foreign country?
- Yes you can, simply place the complete address and contact number of the person who will be receiving them.
Do I have to sign for the package?
Can I send a shoe design and then you'll create?
- Yes we can. Please check our terms for custom shoes here:
What if I forget my password?
- Please go to our website: https://www.burjushoes.com/
- Click on Log In.
- On the next page, click on the forgot your password tab below the password space, and then you'll be routed to another page. Enter your email address and your account password will be reset and an email will be sent to your address with your new password. You can change this password when you log back in to your account.
Can I change my account information?

- You can change your profile on the address field. You may also change your email address and account password on the corresponding fields.
